What to bring to the Adult Program

  • At least one 20 ounce water bottle (filled)
  • Appropriate sneakers and socks (no boots, flip flop, crocs, etc.)
  • Comfortable active clothing (no jeans) – wicking material is best
  • Wear sunblock
  • Towel to sit on for stretching (optional)
  • Sports Watch (optional)
